Alright folks, Thinking of making up a banner for when we play L**ds at home on't 14th February. Nothing special or massive, just something to hang from the disabled section in the Antich (its near where I sit and should be ok as long as it doesn't cover that advertising thing they've put up) Anyone got any ideas of what it can say? As it's Valentines Day I was thinking of something which fits in with that theme, or to show our love to Town, possibly with some comedy thrown in? Been having a think but best I can come up with is something like: "Town ---> Girlfriend. In that order" "You can get another Women, you cant get another Team" Rubbish I know  Anyone got any better ideas? |

Ummm.
How about the "Head to Head" from when we've played L**ds? Showing we've won more agsint them, than they have against us. Then some text at the side of it mocking them?
Off the top of my head:
"The Champions of Yorkshire"
"Who put the ball in the b*astards net? Everyone does!"
If not, going back to the "Valentines Theme" we could go with something like "HTFC - My ONE True Valentine" with a blue heart either side?

Hi not been here for a while-been busy. Currently working on a banner that is 7 metres x 2 metres with the 3 stars on it. Its Blue at the top and black at the bottom with white stars. Might be able tp squeeze HTFC either side of the stars or Cowshed Loyal-I'll see how it goes. Bought a simply sewing machine off Ebay for £24.99 and its great. Wouldn't mind doing a banner which reads-'EVEN MY MUM HATES L***s' as its true!!!!!!!

Good point Tom ;D Would like to get started on this pretty soon so its ready in time for the game (will be off to get the material on Saturday hopefully) Still undecided on the text, might just change it to something like "HTFC - Always number 1" or something...... Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated  |

I like that idea of head to heads. think it would go down a treat. i sit just below disabled area and i think its best place for it to go as they would see it everytime we sing at them.

Was thinking about this other day again. Seeing as they always bang on about this game being our "Cup Final"
I was thinking of putting the table, then at the side something like "HTFC - "Cup Final" Champions/Winners" or something along them lines if anyone has any other suggestions.......
Going to start it this weekend I think, will just be made of paper seeing it is just a one of thing. Nice and easy to make that way as well.
